Trump's major announcement on Harvard as he declares government will win the case

President Donald Trump started his day with an unusual praise for Harvard University went to court against his administration's highhandedness. Trump said the best thing Harvard has going for it is that they have shopped around and found the absolute best judge for them. "But have no fear, the government will, in the end, WIN," Trump said, adding that he's still waiting for the lists of foreign students so that the administration can determine how many "radicalized" students should not be let back into the country.

"Harvard is very slow in the presentation of these documents, and probably for good reason!" Trump added.

Trump also said he is considering taking three billion dollars of grant money away and giving it to the trade schools all across the country. "What a great investment that would be for the USA, and so badly needed!!!"

As of now, Harvard has won against the Trump administration's crackdown as it got a stay on the administration's ban on enrolling foreign students. Harvard's lawyers argued that colleges and universities have a "constitutionally protected right to manage an academic community and evaluate teaching and scholarship free from governmental interference." They pointed to case law that protects "not only students and teachers, but their host institutions as well."

The Trump administration has sought extensive details of international students involved in any crime, violence or protest -- in the knowledge of the university.

Donald Trump vs Harvard: What the president said about the university so far

Trump has been attacking all Ivy League universities as breeding grounds of radicalization, anti-semitism -- in reaction to the pro-Palestine protests that rocked the campuses last year.

Harvard has been the chosen one ever since it outrightly rejected the administration's demands.

Trump said Harvard students can't do 2+2.

Trump said he specifically wants the list of international students and the countries they are from.

"Why isn’t Harvard saying that almost 31% of their students are from FOREIGN LANDS, and yet those countries, some not at all friendly to the United States, pay NOTHING toward their student’s education, nor do they ever intend to," Trump wrote early Sunday morning on Truth Social. "Nobody told us that!"

"We want to know who those foreign students are, a reasonable request since we give Harvard BILLIONS OF DOLLARS, but Harvard isn’t exactly forthcoming," he continued. "We want those names and countries. Harvard has $52,000,000, use it, and stop asking for the Federal Government to continue GRANTING money to you!"
