Savannah James on how she maintains the right balance between her son Bryce’s academics and sportsDuring a recent episode of Everybody’s Crazy, LeBron James’s wife, Savannah, and co-host April McDaniel spoke about parenting while guiding a caller on the show. According to the caller named Crystal, her 18-year-old son has struggled with maintaining good scores as he was promoted to higher classes. The caller went on to compare her son with Bryce James as both of them are of the similar age group, to which Savannah James said-

“I'm more graceful, so to me it's a given that if you're giving all your effort, most of your effort, and you've been in school for 12 years, and I get it it's coming to like the last four weeks.”

She further mentioned

“You just have to do enough to get on the stage. Like, obviously I want the grades to be good, but I get it—we're done. I'm done. So, just get across the stage.”

During one of the episodes of Everybody’s Crazy, Savannah James opened up on the choice of words around kids and how it impacts them in the long run. She said,

“I never want to have a negative conversation with my kid unless it’s something that’s being addressed and then the positive is coming after. So I just look at that from that way. But like, if it’s like an argument or something that I’m trying to, like, I had a fact for, I got to rehearse it… I needed to have an outline. I needed to go like this. And it never does.”

As a proud mother of two teenage boys, Savannah James believes in keeping a positive attitude towards them, and the perfect choice of words even influences the behavior of the kids in a family.
