The recall was triggered after FSIS received a consumer complaint of an injury after consuming a product from Foster Farms. “The problem was discovered after FSIS received a consumer complaint involving an injury from the consumption of these products. Additionally, the establishment received multiple consumer complaints, 5 of which involved injuries,” the agency said. The FSIS said that anyone concerned about an injury should contact a healthcare provider.
