UPSC CDS 1 final result declared at upsc.gov.in: Check direct link to download merit list here

The Union Public Service Commission ( UPSC ) has released the final results for the Combined Defence Services ( CDS ) 1 Examination 2025. A total of 365 candidates have successfully cleared the examination and the subsequent Services Selection Board ( SSB ) interviews. The final selection is based on the written examination and SSB performance, while medical examination results were not considered for the final list. The selected candidates are eligible for training at the Indian Military Academy (IMA), Indian Naval Academy (INA), and Air Force Academy (AFA).

How to check UPSC CDS 1 final result?Candidates can check the final CDS 1 result by following instructions mentioned below:

• Go to upsc.gov.in.
  
• Click Examinations and then click on Results.
  
• Find “CDS 1 Final Result 2025” in the list.
  
• Click the PDF link to open it.
  
• Click the download icon to save it.
  
• Use Ctrl + F to search your roll number.

SSB interviews and trainingThe Services Selection Board conducted interviews for candidates seeking admission to the 160th (DE) Course at IMA, Dehradun; INA, Ezhimala; and AFA, Hyderabad (Pre-Flying Training Course). The SSB interviews assessed candidates’ physical fitness, leadership, intelligence, and personality traits. Selected candidates will now begin their rigorous training at the respective academies, preparing for careers as commissioned officers in the Indian Armed Forces .
