For Generalist positions, candidates must have a graduate or postgraduate degree in any discipline from a recognised university or an equivalent qualification approved by the Central Government. A minimum of 60% marks is required (55% for SC/ST/PwBD candidates). For Specialist roles, candidates must hold the relevant qualifications from a recognised university or an equivalent authority recognized by the Central Government.
Candidates must be aged between 21 and 30 years as of August 1, 2025. This means applicants should have been born between August 2, 1995, and August 1, 2004 (inclusive).
NIACL AO recruitment 2025: Selection procedure
The selection will be conducted through three stages: Preliminary Examination, Main Examination, and Interview. The final merit list will be prepared based on the combined scores of the Main Examination (objective test) and the Interview.
