IIM CAT 2025 Admit Card : Candidates awaiting the Common Admission Test 2025 faced disappointment on 5 November. The Indian Institute of Management Kozhikode, which conducts CAT this year, failed to upload the hall tickets on the promised date.
Over 2.95 lakh applicants had registered for the exam. They kept refreshing the official portal throughout the day, only to find no update.
Revised release schedule announced
IIM Kozhikode issued a media release on 4 November. The document stated that admit cards for all eligible candidates stand generated. Candidates can download them from the CAT website using their login ID and password between 12 November and 30 November 2025.

How to download the IIM CAT 2025 admit card
Step 1: Visit iimcat.ac.in and locate the “Registered Candidate Login” button on the homepage.
Step 2: Enter the CAT application user ID and password created during registration.
Step 3: Click the “Admit Card” tab once the dashboard opens.
Step 4: Verify personal details, photograph, signature, exam slot, and centre address on the PDF.
Step 5: Download the file and print at least two colour copies on A4 paper.
Candidates must carry the printed admit card and a valid photo ID to the test centre. No hard copies will reach them by post or courier.

CAT 2025 will take place on 30 November 2025 in three sessions across nearly 170 cities. IIMs retain the right to alter test dates or timings if required.
Enhanced security measures introduced
Additional safeguards now protect the examination process. Mobile jammers will operate at selected centres to prevent malpractice.
Mock test launch delayed
A fresh mock test with sample questions becomes available on the CAT website from 12 November 2025. It helps candidates familiarise themselves with the exam interface.
