Blood donation camp organised

Prayagraj: On the occasion of Mother's Day, the authorities of Allahabad Medical Association organised a mega blood donation camp on Sunday at the AMA Convention Centre, and collected around 220 units of blood. This marks the fourth consecutive year of this project.

The Mega Blood Donation Camp was inaugurated by Phulpur MP Praveen Patel, along with the chief medical officer (Prayagraj), Dr Arun Tiwari.

Around 220 units of blood were donated on this day. The camp was under the observation of AMA Blood Bank Administrator Dr Anil Kumar Agarwal, and the proceedings of the inauguration and prize distribution to the donors were conducted by AMA Secretary Dr Ashutosh Gupta.
