Tesla CEO Elon Musk handed out a second million-dollar cheque to another lucky voter Kristine Fishell from Pennsylvania on Sunday. The billionaire is giving away cash prizes to key state residents for signing a petition that supports the US Constitution. The first million-dollar cheque that he handed out was to a man named John Droher, while campaigning for Donald Trump on Saturday.

Kristine Fishell received the seven-figure cheque from the Tesla CEO onstage at the Roxian Theatre in McKees Rocks which is on the outskirts of Pittsburgh. While receiving the cash prize, Fishell told Musk, "Thank you so much, I truly believe everything you're doing. You don't need to be doing it. Your wealth and responsibility you are using to save speech, and we just all appreciate it. Thank you so much." Soon after, Musk joked about his safety. He said, "I hope I live tonight. Based on some of the things I'm getting, I might not. It's all fun and games until someone loses an eye or an ear." He added, "Hopefully I don't get shot."This is Musk's latest attempt to get more potential voters that could help Trump ahead of the presidential elections. While the plan was praised by many, it also drew criticism on social media. Some said that Musk might be violating voting laws with this giveaway plan, whereas others said that the plan was to buy votes.

A user commented on X saying, "Not vote buying. For signing a petition."

Another user on X added, "Is it legal to influence election voters by cash incentives such as $1M to sign a petition by Elon Musk? And if yes, is anyone doing anything about it?" What Is The Petition That Elon Musk Urges People To SignMusk is asking people to sign a petition that supports the constitution. The petition read, "The First and Second Amendments guarantee freedom of speech and the right to bear arms. By signing below, I am pledging my support for the First and Second Amendments."
