has shared a public display of affection with his girlfriend Katie Alexander, as the couple cosied up for photos at a friend's wedding this weekend, signalling that the presenter is firmly embracing his new relationship.

The 64-year-old TV star was a guest at his friend and TV presenter Hayley Sparkes' wedding in Essex on Saturday, bringing Katie, 42, along as his date.

The pair were seen smiling for the cameras in photos shared on Instagram by a mutual friend, enjoying the lavish reception alongside other attendees, including A Place In The Sun star Laura Hamilton.

Katie looked stunning in a strapless black dress with a white corsage, while Eamonn appeared dapper in a smart blue suit. The pair looked happy and relaxed as they mingled with guests throughout the celebration.

Eamonn and Katie's relationship has blossomed since his split from wife Ruth Langsford. Friends say that Katie, who works as a counsellor, has been supporting the TV presenter through the breakup, though she insists that their romance only began once Eamonn's marriage split was announced in May.

The pair recently enjoyed a romantic cruise together, and Katie is said to be in the relationship for "the long haul". Eamonn appeared to be relishing their newfound happiness when they jetted off for a luxury holiday over the summer, where the GB News presenter was spotted cheekily grabbing Katie's bottom while on a beach in Ibiza.

Their sunny getaway reportedly left Eamonn's estranged wife Ruth stunned, as it took place just four months after the couple publicly confirmed their separation.

Eamonn and Ruth had been married for 14 years, but cracks in their relationship had started to show, with the pair not being seen together in public for nearly two years before the split.

Eamonn first met Katie on Twitter in 2015 when she commented on one of his posts, sparking a conversation that led to their eventual friendship and now relationship. Katie has been a therapist for a charity that Eamonn became a patron of after attending a charity event in Huddersfield last year.

As Eamonn continues to enjoy his new romance, , 64, has reportedly taken legal steps toward finalising their divorce.

The Loose Women host has hired Catherine Costley, a high-profile divorce lawyer known for her fierce approach to settlements.

According to The Sun, Costley has a reputation for advocating that women should have a "go bag" fund when exiting relationships. She was also mentored by the famous "Steel Magnolia" Baroness Fiona Shackleton, who has represented celebrities like Paul McCartney and Madonna in high-profile divorces.

Eamonn and Ruth's separation after 14 years of marriage shocked fans earlier this year, but it's clear that Eamonn is moving forward, sharing his joy with Katie, as they continue to enjoy their blossoming relationship.
