'Best' action film ever now streaming for free as fans all say the same thing

A pulse-pounding action flick from the heyday of edge-of-your-seat blockbusters has just hit streaming platforms, hot on the heels of another massive action release earlier this year, reports the Mirror.

This adrenaline-fueled gem from 1995 quickly became the top box office draw of its time, drawing crowds worldwide to theatres.

Die Hard: With a Vengeance stepped up as the third instalment following the iconic Die Hard in 1988 and its sequel Die Hard 2 in 1990, earning its stripes as a worthy successor in the high-octane series.

The film is often celebrated as a robust follow-up in the Die Hard saga.

In Die Hard: With a Vengeance, we see Bruce Willis reprise his role as NYPD detective John McClane, now down on his luck and battling personal demons, thrust into a deadly game of Simon Says by a bomb-happy madman terrorising New York City.

McClane joins forces with shop owner Zeus Carver (Samuel L. Jackson) in a race against time to thwart villain Simon Gruber (Jeremy Irons), who harbours ambitions of looting gold bullion from the Federal Reserve Bank of New York.

To this day, the film stands as an enduring favourite, with fans on IMDb lavishing it with praise.

One glowing 10/10 review proclaimed: "Die Hard With A Vengeance is not only a great movie, it is arguably the best masterpiece sequel of all time!".

A second review hailed the film as an "Action comedy masterpiece" with the user proclaiming: "It's very rare for the first three films in a movie franchise to be consistently excellent, but that's the case with the DIE HARD series. The first one was an action movie masterpiece and hugely influential to this day.

"The second one is disliked by some, but I think it's very nearly the equal of the first, doing a tricky job of being the same but different at the same time.

"And the third is just a delight, an action comedy masterpiece that wreaks havoc throughout New York."

Another enthusiast labelled their critique: "This Die Hard is the fastest moving of the trilogy" detailing: "I like this one about as much as I like the first one.
