Royal Enfield entered the electric bike market by unveiling its first-ever electric models, the Flying Flea C6 and Flying Flea S6. The company revealed these bikes on Monday, marking its debut in the electric vehicle sector. Both models will be available for purchase in 2026 under the newly established Flying Flea electric brand.

The Flying Flea C6 is designed with a classic look, while the Flying Flea S6 features a scrambler-style design. Both motorcycles highlight a vintage "retro-futuristic" aesthetic, with lightweight aluminum frames and a magnesium battery case. A unique girder fork and dynamic fin design further enhance their distinctive appearance.

In terms of technology, the Flying Flea motorcycles are equipped with an advanced Vehicle Control Unit (VCU), featuring over 28 patents. This unit allows for over 200,000 ride mode options, continuous monitoring, and the ability to perform over-the-air updates. Additional features include customizable ride adjustments and phone-as-key technology.

Royal Enfield claims that the Flying Flea is designed for all skill levels, offering a smooth and adaptable ride. It comes with lean-angle ABS, fluid acceleration, cruise control, and quick charging capabilities, ensuring a comfortable experience for riders.

Currently, Royal Enfield's portfolio includes the Meteor 350 cruiser, the Interceptor 650 and Continental GT 650 twins, the new Himalayan adventure tourer, and the Bullet 350 and Classic 350 singles. The company has a global presence with over 850 locations across more than 60 countries and over 2,000 stores in India.
