An elderly man and a woman have died following a four-vehicle crash in Oxfordshire earlier this month.
A man aged 85, who was driving a black Ford Puma, died at the scene of the crash in Chipping Norton on July 9. In a new update this week, Thames Valley Police (TVP) said a woman in her 70s, who was a passenger in the Ford, has now died in hospital from her injuries.
A grey Audi A3, a grey Jaguar XE, a black Ford Puma and a grey Seat Leon were all involved in the collision, which occurred on the A44 between Enstone and London Road at around 3.20pm. The driver of the Audi, a man in his 60s, remains in a serious condition, police said.

TVP investigating officer Detective Sergeant Lyndsey Blackaby, of the serious collision investigation unit, said: "Tragically, a second person has now died following this collision. Our thoughts are with her loved ones at this extremely difficult time and we have specially trained officers supporting her family.
