Peter Andre's wife Emily reacts to 'cruel' Katie Price swipe in bombshell vid

Katie Price has been accused of hitting a "new low" after apparently targeting Emily Andre and her children in a bombshell video leaked last night. The former glamour model has come under fire after branding Peter Andre's second wife and their children "irrelevant" in a video which shows her counting huge stacks of cash.

In the video, shared by Katie's ex-partner, Alex Reid, the television personality is joined by her eldest daughter, Princess, whom she shares with Peter. But she also brands Peter and Emily's two children "irrelevant" before encouraging her daughter to agree with her.

Katie, 47, also asked her daughter whether Pete frequently asks about her two bankruptcies, despite her having huge amounts of cash on her. Katie is sitting in front of a Christmas tree with Princess in the clip, which is believed to have been filmed in late 2020. It comes after Peter Andre was said to be 'shocked and disgusted' by the comments.

Speaking to her daughter, she said: "Your dad is going to have to pay the school fees because of my bankruptcy." She went on to add: "Does he moan about it? What does Emily say? It's money that could be spent on her and her kids. They're not going private, are they, they're irrelevant. No one even knows who they are."

Now, a source has hit out, saying that Katie has hit a "new low" by targeting Emily and the children. Speaking to The Sun, they said: "Of course, the focus has been on the fact Katie is counting cash while claiming to be bankrupt, but Pete has been left horrified by what she said about his family in front of Princess.

"She would only have been about 13 then, and her mum was talking like that about her own brother and sisters. It's disgusting. Emily is stunned that anyone could speak about children like that. It's a new low." They add that the family didn't want Princess to be at the centre of any more drama surrounding Katie.

When Princess asked whether Katie would be using the cash to help with her and Junior's private education, she responded, "Your dad can sit on that," raising her middle finger. The news of Emily's reaction comes after a source told the Mirror that Peter had been left "shocked" by the video clip.

They told us: "He's so shocked that she would do this in front of their young child and saying his young children are irrelevant. It's not about the money. How could a mother do that about young children?"

Meanwhile, a spokesperson for Peter added that he was drafting in his legal team. A spokesperson for Price told the Mirror: "This is a video that was shared with Katie's Trustee in Bankruptcy several months ago, and Katie has fully complied with the Trustee's investigations into the same.

"The cash featured did not belong to Katie, and the property referred to was dealt with in the financial settlement proceedings arising out of Katie's divorce from Peter Andre. Katie's Trustee in Bankruptcy is aware of the property and has undoubtedly investigated whether the same ought to be comprised in the bankruptcy estate."

Farheen Qureshi, who was made Price's bankruptcy trustee in April 2023, told the Mirror: "You should be aware that, notwithstanding that Ms Price has been discharged from both her first and second Bankruptcies, both Bankruptcies are still live and continuing and, in my capacity as her Trustee, I am seeking realisations from various third parties for the respective Bankruptcy estates. I would not wish to prejudice in any way either the outcome of that hearing or the further investigations being undertaken."

Katie was first declared bankrupt in 2019, relating to debts totalling £3.5million, including £970,639 to HMRC and for a second time in March last year, for £761,994, over a second unpaid HMRC demand for cash that she had earned while officially being bankrupt.

Creditors included her ex, Alex, who is owed £175,000 in High Court damages and costs, which he was granted after Katie revealed a sex tape, which he says was filmed without his consent. In the clip, Katie was heard saying she had "extended" her bankruptcy "because Alex Reid wants money from me and he won't be able to get it... He's an a***hole."

In the video, which he shared yesterday, he said it was "unbelievable" as he watched Katie counting cash. "She just admitted she lied," he said, before asking a person off camera: "Has my legal team seen this?"

He said in a statement: "Over the years, you have seen countless stories by Katie Price directed at me, Peter, Keiran and others. Today I want to be clear. I am spearheading a campaign to expose the truth. This isn't about gossip but about evidence. It's not about rumour, it's about reality. After years of silence, the time has finally come to reveal all."

The Mirror understands that the one-minute and 38-second video has been sent to Price's bankruptcy trustee, who continues to "seek realisations from various third parties."

Meanwhile, earlier this year, speaking on her podcast, The Katie Price Show, Price said: "I'm not bankrupt anymore! I'm out of it, I'm out of both of them. The last six years have been hell - mentally and personally - everything has been hell. I've worked so hard to communicate and get rid of what caused all the trouble, and I'm out of it. It's such a nice feeling not to be bankrupt anymore. I'm in control of everything now."
