A man has died after falling through a skylight in the roof of a play centre in Suffolk.
David Linyard was working as a contractor at Play2Day in Martlesham, when he fell back in June. He died at Addenbrooke's Hospital from his injuries. The play centre was closed to children while the maintenance work was being carried out.
A centre spokeswoman said: "We were informed by the family of Mr David Linyard that he had tragically died of injuries sustained in an accident whilst carrying out routine maintenance on the roof of our Play2Day children's play centre at Martlesham Heath, Ipswich.

"Our thoughts and deepest sympathies continue to be with his friends and family."
A spokesman from Suffolk Police said: “The man involved sadly died in hospital at a later date. The coroner was notified and the joint investigation involving Suffolk Police, East Suffolk Council and the Health & Safety Executive continues.”
An investigate into the incident is being carried by police, with the Health and Safety Executive and East Suffolk District Council.
