In Deeg, Rajasthan, a 13-month-old child died after falling into boiling milk kept for making mawa. While playing, the child hit the pan with his hand, due to which the milk spilled on him.

Deeg (Rajasthan). A heartbreaking incident has come to light in Dantlauthi village of Januthar police station area of Deeg district. Where a 13-month-old child died a painful death after getting burnt by boiling milk. The incident took place on November 3, on the day of Bhai Dooj, when the child was playing in the courtyard of his house and boiling milk kept on a stove fell on him. He died last night.

Milk was being heated on fire for mawa

According to the child's grandfather Manhori, all the family members were in the courtyard of the house at 10 am that day. 5 kg of milk was being heated on a stove, from which mawa was to be prepared. While playing, 13-month-old child Kartik reached near the stove and hit the pan with his hand. On this, the pan overturned and boiling milk fell on the child. Due to this, the child got 90 percent burnt and his condition became critical.

The entire body of the innocent child was burnt, only the mouth was left

The family immediately rushed the child to Kumher Hospital, from where he was referred to Bharatpur's RBM Hospital. During treatment in the hospital, most of the child's body was burnt, only his mouth was left. After two days of treatment in the burn ward, the doctors, looking at the child's condition, referred him to a private hospital in Jaipur.

The tragic incident has left the family in deep grief

Doctor KD Sharma of the Burn Ward of RBM Hospital said that the child's fever was continuously increasing and his condition became very serious due to burns on a large part of the body. While going to Jaipur, the child died on the way. Kartik's father Krishna works in a private job and apart from him, the family also has another 3-year-old brother. This tragic incident has plunged the family into deep grief.
