Work Experience Certificate(s):
- Certificate from head of organisation/department in prescribed format.
- Must clearly mention:
Dates of employment (day, month, year).
Basic and consolidated pay.
Nature of duties and experience gained.
Duration of each post held.
Caste/Community Certificates (for reserved categories):
- SC/ST/OBC candidates: Caste certificate in prescribed format by competent authority.
- Must mention:
Caste.
Act/order under which recognised.
Village/town of usual residence.
- OBC candidates additionally:
Declaration stating non-creamy layer status as on the crucial date (i.e., last date for submission of online application unless otherwise stated).
Additional Documents: As specified in the interview call letter.
