A massive fire broke out in the early hours of Monday at a godown in truck parking zone near Agricultural Produce Market Committee (APMC) market in Turbhe Sector 20 of Navi Mumbai.
The fire caused heavy damage to infrastructure of the area and several vehicles parked nearby. Some vehicles parked in the terminal were reduced to ashes.
The fire services were informed about the accident, who then arrived at the spot and began dousing the flames.
Visuals of the accident showed that the fire flames engulfed the terminal.
No casualties or injuries have been reported from the incident as of yet.
