The interior of a creepy has been caught on camera by an urban explorer.
The images, which were shared to social media by social media user places_forgotten, show the abandoned piled high with empty coffins. The VR Jennings building in Ickleford, North Hertfordshire has clearly been empty for a while, with photos showing it in a state of complete disrepair.
The paintwork on the external door and window frames has begun to peel, while creeper plants have begun to take over the building. While inside the former home, the images show a gurney alongside piles of empty coffins, including some quirkier designed ones, such as a superhero-themed coffin, with illustrations of Batman and Superman.

Curious to explore the creepy dwelling, places_forgotten took the time to visit the old funeral home, filming and taking photos as he went. "The funeral home seemed to be abandoned for at least seven to eight years," he told .
"It was the original funeral home before Hitchins I presume and went out of business about ten years ago. I found it on Maps and thought I would go and investigate.
"The place was very very creepy because it still has the embalming tables, all almost hundreds of coffins and caskets just left in there and forgotten about.
"It was as if the funeral home was almost frozen in time. I talked to a few neighbours and some of them even said that the building is haunted and that's why no developer wants it, so now it just sits abandoned."
