Big Brother faces backlash from viewers over 'disgusting' scene

Big Brother made a comeback with a fresh episode on ITV2 on Wednesday night (October 23), and the housemates were greeted with a task that transformed them into rats.

The housemates have been surviving on basic rations and consuming only gruel due to their continuous rule-breaking by discussing nominations.

In one scene on the show, housemate Lily was seen in the bathroom, vomiting and struggling on the loo after being secretly fed luxury food by .

The Chinese takeaway worker has been shocking her co-housemates with her unpleasant habits in the house, and it appears to have now impacted the viewers, who were repulsed by the sounds she was making.

"However, not all shared the same sentiment, as one viewer found the scene amusing, stating: "Everyone's starving and lily's being sick because she's eaten too much #bbuk," accompanied by a crying with tears emoji.

The Big Brother house has been a hotbed of tension recently, with housemates finding themselves split and compelled to choose sides.

Heads of house Ali and Dean have been very much on one side with Lily, while Khaled, Segun, Marcello and Ali have been on the other side, with the rest of the housemates stuck in the middle.
